Follonsby Terrace

The original eight houses in Follonsby Terrace were built in 1907 and used as accommodation for sinkers during the sinking of Follonsby Colliery by James Johnson & Sons Ltd of  East Boldon, who also built the houses. The two houses at the gable ends were built at a later date.
