Margaret (nee Diamond) & Peter O'Neill outside their home in Sherburn Way. Peter was born in Hebburn and worked at Pyrotanex for over 30 years. Margaret is from Windy Nook. Her dad worked at Wardley pit and was there when it closed. They lived at 22 Bondfield Gardens on the Ellen Wilkinson Estate before moving to the Fairways in 1991.
William Dunbar is Margaret's great-great uncle
